With congratulations and on this occasion to last year's laureates-winners of prestigious international tourist and film festival awards, with the fact that people are eager for travel, tourist joys, events, the City of Solin is also happy for me personally, which also this year, as the host city, for the fourteenth time we continuously host these three important international tourist cultural events; Jubilee 30th INTERSTAS / International Festival of Tourism International Club of Meritorious for Tourism, 26th ITF'CRO / International Festival of Tourist Film, and 21st KEA-CRO / presentation of Croatian cities, towns, centers for the INTERNATIONAL GOLDEN FLOWER and special award "Dr. Lucija CHIKES".

This unique multimedia project in the field of tourism and travel is one of the world's most valued marketing-promotional projects for reference and responsible tourism. With the honorary president, Mr. Tijani HADDAD, president of FIJET/World Federation of Tourism Journalists and Writers, and with the support of international departmental partners from the domain of tourism, tourist film, landscape, in particular, UNWTO, FIJET, FEST, ITCO, and domestic ones, the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia, HTZ, Split-Dalmatia County, the event is organized under the high patronage of the Croatian Parliament and the President of the Republic of Croatia. As a valued and important factor in the improvement of tourism, the project in its entirety also makes a significant contribution to improvement and better understanding among people around the world. The presence of numerous dignitaries from social, economic and political life, guests from other countries and representatives of domestic and foreign media give this gathering a special significance. This also contributes to the overall promotion and branding of Croatian tourism.

The city of Solin always welcomes with joy and welcome all those who are looking for new cultural and historical knowledge, of which Solin really abounds. We proudly offer everyone to get to know our modern city today, with an extremely rich historical and cultural heritage, the ancient Salon, natural beauties, and always hospitable residents. Our heritage, the desire to keep up with the needs of modern tourists, but also the knowledge of the importance of the development of cultural tourism that makes this town special, are a guarantee that Solin will also become a recognizable and important cultural tourist destination, and not only at the level of our county and Croatia, but also through this manifestation of Europe and the world.

With the best wishes for a welcome to the event, and on this occasion once again the best congratulations to last year's Laureates, and sincere congratulations to this year's Laureates - winners of tourist and festival awards.
